Survivors - We Need to:
Stop Doing: Start Being
Being gets a bad wrap, its not understood, but, it's just as important as doing. All it means is being still, noticing what is around us and taking time out to embrace that. Using our breath
by taking time each day (even 10 minutes) to breathe really helps.
We need to Try this: Breathe in for 10 seconds,  hold for 5 seconds, then breathe out for 8. Even this small action can help our central nervous system. 
We do not always have to be doing: We can Start Being!
