Survivor Tip: Managing
This time of year can be difficult when trying to manage end of year events, Xmas interactions and school concerts. Try to find time to ground yourself by remembering to reflect on you, what you have managed to achieve and the incredible survivor you are.
It should be about you, not just those you love.
